Okay, on to some
boring stuff. Many of us are skeptical in nature and we
have those technical questions buzzing in our minds. Well,
here's the top frequently asked questions our customers have

How much time
is it really going to take to setup my XSite? |

Our sites come
pre-built. Customization
takes just a few minutes and then you'll have an attractive
website that actually does something. |

What is
DirectFax? |
|
DirectFax
turns paper into electronic documents. Your customers can
fax any paperwork or signing documents like tax returns, pay
stubs or credit authorizations directly to your Mortgage XSite, using an automatically generated bar-coded cover page
that they print from your site. Our fax servers read
the barcode, save the fax as a PDF then route it to the
right online folder, and e-mail it to you. You can
send your loan docs as PDF as many times as you want, to
anyone you want, for free and you are text messaged when the
process completes. |

How is your FlexApp 1003 different from other online loan applications? |
|
FlexApp does
1003's both online and offline for your borrowers.
Online, they can access short and full versions, and even
save them midstream and return later. The 1003 file
imports into any LOS, for no retyping. For offline
clients, your site can fax your borrower a paper loan app
and you get it back with DirectFax. |

Who owns my Mortgage XSite domain name (My ".com")? |
|
When you create your
Mortgage XSite and you choose a new domain name (ex.
walkerlending.com), we register the new domain for you
automatically. The domain name is absolutely yours
and is registered in your name.
As is standard with web hosting services, we maintain the
technical aspects of your domain, which allows us to renew
it automatically each year and deal with the other technical
routing issues, like making it work seamlessly with your
XSite, CertMail account, or XSellerate.
However, you are the designated administrative and billing
contact. And this means if you ever decide to host your
website with another company, you can easily take your domain name with you.
To do so, simply follow these instructions.
If you already own your own domain name and wish to use it
with your XSite, that's no problem. You’ll just continue to
renew your domain name ownership with the company that you
bought it from originally. |

Can I pick
which content pages I want to have on my XSite? |
|
Sure, you're in control of every page.
You can customize them and offer them to your customers in
Spanish -- all at no extra charge. |

How is my data
transferred into the pages? |
|
The XSites Wizard asks
you for information about your business that you want
customers to know once, and then populates it on your site
where it needs to go. Point, click, done! |

How is the
domain name (my ".com") created? Do I create one and have it checked
against a database? |
|
You simply type in any
name you want and it checks instantly to see if it's
available; if so, it will tell you and give you the option
to register it.
If not, you can choose a different name. |

Can this new
site be linked to my current website? |
|
Yes! It's universal
HTML, so any links you want will work. One of the things
about getting a new website, like a new e-mail address,
phone number or office address, is that you have to let
customers know where to find you. We make it as easy as
possible. We suggest you link your old site to your new one,
then later, redirect your old domain to our servers. |

Will my XSite
be found in search engines such as Google™ and Yahoo!® by
prospective clients? |
|
We submit your site to
the major search engines automatically, along with your
description and your keywords (we also provide a list of metatags and keywords and include those in your pages
automatically, so the "spider" search engines pick them up). |

How do I use my current
domain? |
|
All you need to do is
have your registrar redirect your domain name to our
servers. Since we don’t own your domain name, we can’t
legally do this for you. Our XSites Wizard will tell
you exactly who to call (telephone numbers and what
information you'll need to provide). |

How many domain names can I
have? |
|
There is no limit to
the number of domain names you may have. You get one free
with your XSite and the XSites Wizard lets you purchase
additional domain names. |

What will my e-mail address
be? |
|
You get ten virus
protected CertMail e-mail
mailboxes with your XSite so you can have
up to ten separate e-mail addresses. They will be in the
form of yourname@yourdomain.com.
There is no limit to the file size when using your CertMail
mailboxes. |

Is there a charge when I
change my XSite? |
|
No! You can make as many changes as you like, anytime you
like and never pay any fees. |

How will my XSite be different
from the others? |

Unlike traditional “cookie cutter” template websites, the
XSites Wizard makes it so easy to customize your website, and
there are so many options available, that the unique
possibilities are endless. With the ability to use your own
header graphics and customize your colors, add you own logos,
photos
and custom content, truly, you can make your XSite as unique
as you want to. |

Will I be able to tell how
many “hits” or visitors have been to my XSite? |

Yes. XSites' website statistics give you a big picture overview
and details about your site's most popular pages, listings
and more. |

Can I add pages or links to my
Real Estate business? |

Absolutely! You can add as many pages and as many links as
you want. Just as long as the pages or links meet our
Acceptable Use Policy, which is to say that they are legal
and not pornographic or offensive in nature. |
